POLICIES:
48 HR Cancelation: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, it must be done 48HRS before your appointment time. Any cancelations or reschedules after the 48 HR window will be charged a cancelation fee.
*Cancellation Fee varies by artist. Please reach out to your artist directly.
Redo Services: We do not offer refunds of any kind. If you are unhappy with your service, please reach out to your Stylist/Tattoo artist within 7 days. After 7 days, you will be asked to book another service for full price.
Late Fees: We have a 10 minute grace period for any booked appointments. If you arrive to your appointment 10 mins late, there will be a late fee automatically applied to your service.
